Students will cook a range of different food with a central
theme and these would be eaten at lunch Meze style. On the
days when an evening meal is being offered students will be
cooking a three-course menu with the accent on balance of
flavours, textures, style and presentation.
Recipes
and menus for the school will be seasonal using fresh ingredients
in their proper seasons. The November courses, for instance,
will be full of Christmas and winter ideas. Evening meals
will be available on other days if required. (see
