David and Lorraine owned and ran the highly acclaimed Tomlins Vegetarian Restaurant on the outskirts of Cardiff for 6 years before opening the guest house and Cookery School in May 2004 and the two apartments in 2005.

Now in it's 9th year 'Tomlins' in france is proving to be as popular as the restaurant in Cardiff.
